Key Responsibilities
Route planning, order picking and general warehouse organisation.
Deliver beer to customers. load and unload kegs into cellars and collect empties.
Maintain and clean the delivery vehicle.
Keep driving folder up to date with daily checks.
Provide excellent customer service.
Competencies
Full clean UK driving license.
Excellent driving record.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness to lift and move kegs and pallets of beer.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. The hours of work are usually Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 7:00pm, with some occasional weekend and evening work required.

Job Title: Production Brewer
Reports To: Head Brewer

Salary: From £26,000-29,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience.)
Job Overview
Big Smoke Brew Co are a 55hl brewhouse with a production capacity of 20,000hls/year.
We are looking for an organised and motivated brewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all brewing and packaging operations as well as strong organisational skills. You will need to show you are flexible & hard-working both as part of a team and un-supervised.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring adherence to our statutory obligations, HACCP Plan, Quality Management System and Health & Safety procedures.
Wort production, monitoring fermentations and performing cellaring tasks on a shift basis.
Performing Quality Control checks in line with our lab requirements.
Taking responsibility for ensuring good overall brewery hygiene.
Stock control and inventory management.
Maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies.
Effectively communicating with all team members.
Assisting on the packaging lines where required.
Representing the company at industry events.
Oversee and develop the brewhouse staff through job descriptions, performance objectives, and performance assessments.
Hiring, recruitment and training.
The role involves shift work including early mornings, evenings and some weekends.
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years brewing experience.
Ideally a brewing qualification.
Someone who is hands on.
An organised person with great attention to detail.
Experience using IT systems.
Experience using Breww software, although this is not essential as training will be provided.
Ability to work as part of a team and alone with good management skills.
