Job Title: Brewery Assistant
Reports To: Production Manager
Location: Brewery (Esher, Surrey)
Department: Brewery/Production
Salary: Competitive Salary (£22,000-£26,000 per year based on age.)
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Brewery Assistant to join our production team.
The role of Brewery Assistant is a junior role, there may be an opportunity to progress, subject to performance review and development.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging (keg, cask & can) using an automated packaging line.
Cleaning vessels, pipework and equipment.
Complete production documentation and keep accurate records.
Follow SOP (standard operating procedures.)
Cellar work, bulk beer transfer, sanitation of hoses & fittings.
Adherence to Health and Safety training, maintaining a high level of awareness.
Contribute to keeping the brewery, warehouse and yard clean and tidy throughout your shift.
The ideal candidate will have
A passion for craft beer and a team player.
Ability to work independently, initiative to solve problems, common sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work on repetitive tasks.
Experience of manual work, fit and able to lift heavy loads.
Forklift licence preferable (but not essential.)
Legal right to work in the UK.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. The hours of work are usually Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 7:00pm, with some occasional weekend and evening work required.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a young business in a fun and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Route planning, order picking and general warehouse organisation.
Deliver beer to customers. load and unload kegs into cellars and collect empties.
Maintain and clean the delivery vehicle.
Keep driving folder up to date with daily checks.
Provide excellent customer service.
Competencies
Full clean UK driving license.
Excellent driving record.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness to lift and move kegs and pallets of beer.
