Job - Book Keeper / Office Manager


We are seeking an admin/book keeping whiz to help us take our small company to the next level.

Based at our office in Esher, this position would suit an organised, friendly and self motivated individual. Initially this will be a part time position and will be 5-6 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

Book Keeping

  • Chasing (nicely!) customers for payment

  • Inputting invoices into Xero

  • Reconciling Xero

  • Updating the profit and loss spreadsheet

  • Raising invoices

  • Ensuring time sheets are correctly updated

Office management

  • Answering telephones and door

  • Providing support to Directors and Management team

Personal attributes

  • Great attention to detail

  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment

  • Positive, upbeat person who wants to be part of a friendly team
